Luminous Folder Icons in Shades of Seaside Blues and Sand

Here is my take of the folder icon in Mac OS X Leopard. A minimalist folder icon to help you stay productive with neatly organized projects, and in style too! To maximize your productivity, all of the Luminous folder icons have got small, crisp hand-drawn versions for the small sizes that show up in list-view.

This collection of computer icons is the first volume in a new series of Luminous Folder Icons and comes in shades of blue, from turquoise to violet and ink. Bringing the beach to your desktop with salty breezes, blue lagoons and the feeling of sand between your toes. Inspired by water, these minimalist icons come in colours borrowed from the beach: Lagoon, Misty Lavender, Turquoise, Marine and Sand.

The Mac icons are Leopard enabled with 512 x 512 icons for Mac OS X & the Windows icons contain icons compatible with XP and Vista.

UPDATE 24 March 2009:
I’ve updated adding ten new shades of blue, making it all in all a set of 15 folder icons! The new shades are Denim, Blue Bayou, Blue Ink, Cobalt Blue, Deep End Of The Pool, Ocean, Sky, Fjord Blue, Royal Blue Ink and Navy!.
