How Payment Works
Payments are processed by PayPal. PayPal membership is not required to place an order. Download instructions for your order will arrive by email immediately after payment. We accept all major credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and PayPal.
Availability of Goods and Prices
Availability information for titles is listed on each individual product. All items are usually despatched within 3 working days after an order has been placed. We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days for Swedish orders, within 7 to 14 days for European destinations and within 12 to 24 days for the rest of the world. If Marmalade Moon has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered Marmalade Moon will inform you by e-mail at the address given in your order form and any sum, which may have been credited from your credit card, will be re-credited to you within 30 days of the date of your order.
Pricing and Currency
The total cost of your order reflects the price of the items ordered plus a shipping charge for handling, packing and postage by the method you select.
All products are priced in US dollars ($), and include Swedish Value Added Tax where applicable.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, please return the merchandise within 30 days for an exchange or refund in the form of original payment. Gift recipients will receive a merchandise voucher. Please note:
• The item returned must be in its original packaging in saleable condition.
• If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please contact us to obtain authorisation to return. You will be sent a letter of authorisation. Please appropriately package the items with the letter of authorisation and the original invoice and send the package to: Marmalade Moon, Orvar Odds Väg 10, 112 54 Stockholm, SWEDEN.
