Back home with a cup of tea and a slice of apricot and nut bread after a day in this beautiful winter wonderland landscape.

Frozen Apples

The birds must be having a good year as there still are apples on this apple tree! Frozen apples. And finally a few photos of the Christmas tree at my local shopping centre before I get dinner going.

Yes, and I think the first snow is always like a miracle! I guess it’s like crafting for me, I get to enjoy it on YOUR blog! :D Seriously, I appreciate your tutorials and I even made my own ornament based on your tutorial! Yaaaay! And actually, even I could do it! It was a lot of fun and it’s always a little triumph when one gets over feelings of inadequacy (or in this case total uselessness) in some area!

  8. the reds, purples and blues in those first few winter photos are amazing. You have a talent for capturing colors from what seems to be black, white, and gray.
